I distroyed my 3 column blog...and I can't figure out how to get the 3rd column back....May need to enlist somebody who actually knows what they are doing.

Anyone want to offer their services...free....?

Hi Terry,

I am not an expert but when you use the backgrounds form cutiest blog on the block you have to change your blog template. Minima is what they require. You probably chose a three colum template when you set your blog up. So to change it back you have to go to layout and then to pick template. But I don't think the three colum will work with your background. I hope this helps!

I can do what I can to help (though, I may not be able to assist you until next week as I'm on a trip at the moment).

In the meantime, check out this walk through and see if it helps. It looked a little technical, but fairly complete.

...and, out of curiosity: How did you get three columns to begin with? Perhaps retracing your steps is the best way to go about it. ...perhaps?

Let me know if I can be of assistance. And if I need to build a tutorial, I'll be happy to do so next week [smile].

When I lost all the stuff from the right side once it was simply because in one post there was an open tag at one end of a picture and nothing at the other end. It reset my whole blog somehow. (I tried to put one in here and it wouldn't accept the comment because there was an open tag! But it's like a greater than or less than sign with "div" or "a" or something) Check your recent posts that they don't have that.

Thank you guys. I think I am going to have someone do it for me eventually. It's not like it has to be done right away anyhow.

Luke, I originally had someone else do a 3 column blog for me. Then later I got tired of my background and just covered it up with "the cutest blog" background...and it worked beautifully, untl the other day when I was trying to do something totally unrelated to this blog, and was switched with another blog (under the same username) I was playing around with. I don't think I'll be experimenting real soon again.

Kathy, I totally know what you are talking about. I've done that before, but this time it was as I said above...

There must be something better I can do with my time :-)
